When a call arrives, the system instantly retrieves the patient information applicable to the incoming call number and pops up on a PC, tablet device, or smartphone screen. Data is stored by a major vendor
Data on patient information and incoming call information is provided by a major vendor's cloud service Fujitsu Cloud Technologies (Nifcura). Data is stored in the same location as servers that take care of data for financial institutions and major companies. It is also safe and secure with full anti-virus protection.
All data is encrypted
All patient and incoming call information is encrypted during transmission. If data is ever stolen during transmission, it cannot be deciphered.
Leaves no data on the device
No data is left on the CTI adapter installed in the clinic. Even if the CTI adapter is stolen, no information will be leaked from it.
